Opponents of Congressman Randy "Duke" Cunningham have launched a new petition calling for his resignation.

Organizers hope virtual signatures gathered through resignrandy.org will pressure Cunningham to step down.

Cunningham is under fire for a conflict of interest scandal involving a defense contractor.

The Congressman announced earlier this summer he will not seek re-election in 2006.
